September 30, 2020:   Why is it that Trump does nothing but sow chaos?
The simple answer is that evil thrives on chaos. The fact is that the power brokers who support Trump (not his clueless base) are using this chaotic period in our history to dramatically alter our democracy to their collective advantage. As good as our constitution is, it is limited in its ability to counter consummate evil. It presumes that our elected officials are fundamentally moral and ethical in their approach to executing their responsibilities under the laws that govern our democracy. But with the morally bankrupt Republicans in charge, the constitution and rule of law go out the window and "where-ever law ends, tyranny begins".

The pandemic has given Trump the perfect tool to foment chaos. By failing to take a leadership role and actively undermining any effort on the part of the experts to fight it, he has created the perfect storm. His deliberate and abject failure to acknowledge the impact of the pandemic has given the cabal that supports him the opportunity to dramatically alter every key component of the American democracy and the laws that protect us as citizens for from becoming a fascist state.
